The September issue of Elle magazine has a very country-fied Jessica Simpson on the cover. Is it just me or does she look a little like a blond Brooke Shields in this shot? Inside she talks about her love life a bit.
On the period immediately following her 2005 split from ex-husband Nick Lachey: “I was going through a lot of pain. I didn’t try anything to change my life other than dating different types of guys and conforming to their worlds. I thought I had to be artsier, more intellectual.”
