Amanda Bynes Designs ‘Dear’ Fashion Line For Steve & Barry’s

Former ‘What I Like About You’ star Amanda Bynes is designing a line for Steve & Barry’s called “Dear.” The new $20 or less line, from the masterminds behind Sarah Jessica Parker’s “Bitten,” will be available on August 16th.
