Amy Winehouse was seen walking around London in the early morning looking a little like the walking dead after an all-night party bender. She is still the poster child for the “Hi, I’m totally wasted most of the time” fashion look.

Rumors have surfaced that Amy and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil will be divorcing and she retorted in anger: “Who’s gonna make us divorce? We will run away then no one will divorce us.”

The problem though, is that although Blake has been released from prison, he still has to do mandatory rehab.

If Amy is wandering around looking like this, clearly she’s not giving up her drugs and booze any time soon. Rehab and a wife who’s strung out all the time is not a good combination.
