Anne Hathaway attended a private VIP dinner gala last evening in New York, hosted by Dolce and Gabbana. Others who turned out to celebrate the designers were were Rosario Dawson, Eva Mendes and Matthew McConaughey. 

I love Anne’s dress - it looks flawless on her.  This is one celeb who always looks fashionable when there’s a chance she’ll be photographed. 

McConaughey, who is the the face of D&G’s newest men’s fragrance, “The One For Men,” said of the pair:

“I’ve just always liked their suits basically. For me, they’ve always been a good mix of being hip but still classic, which is what I like. I like a classic fitting suit, but I want something to be up to date and fit me the right way. They sort of have a mix of those two with their fashion. It’s what I like.”

The event was held to mark the brand’s latest boutique on Madison Avenue and the launch of the new men’s fragrance, which is scheduled to hit store shelves in March, 2008.
