Ashley Olsen takes the cover for the September 2009 issue of Marie Claire magazine, and inside she talks about fashion.

When it comes to having fashion sense, Ashley says, “I think you’re either born with a sense of style or you’re not. Either you care or you don’t.”

She also talks about how she and her sister Mary-Kate would constantly ruin their clothing by trying to alter them for fun on their own, such as the time Mary-Kate took Ashley’s Alaïa dress and chopped it up, only to realize she had made it too short. Oops!
