Anyone who has seen the amazing movie Amelie knows who Audrey Tatou is - the brilliant and beautiful actress who played Amelie Poulin. Audrey has taken on a new character of sorts. She has been named the new face of Chanel. In 2009 she’ll be advertising as the face of Chanel’s signature No. 5 perfume. The ads will all be directed by Jean-Pierre Jeunet, the same director for Amelie.

I can’t wait to see it - Chanel’s advertisements are always epic, like a short movie.
