Here’s something that’s not a surprise to any of the ladies: In Touch Weekly has declared that David Beckham has the hottest abs in Hollywood. Well, DUH, right? We have the giant underwear mural to remind us of that! He topped the list of ten. Curious about the rest?
Remember the giant billboard of David Beckham in his Armani underwear? (Please, like we could forget - I’m still fanning myself.) He blogged about the experience of seeing himself splashed across such a huge space:
“Well I’m sure you’ve seen the pictures but last Thursday I went to San Francisco to see the unveiling of the new Emporio Armani campaign I shot a while back. To be honest I was amazed by the huge billboard poster outside Macy’s department store, but even more amazed by the amount of people who turned up to see it! I’m always surprised by the amount of attention certain things create, but the attention this campaign has created is pretty incredible. It was great to meet some of the people who’d come out especially though, I’ve always wanted to visit San Francisco, so it was a great to finally get there…”
David Beckham and Victoria Beckham are continuing their trend of living and loving and working together by making another joint fragrance launch. The Intimately Beckhams fragrances from last year worked out well enough for them that they’re going to launch Signature for Her and Signature for Him in the Fall. Victoria said:
“I am not just a famous person who is putting my name on different things and doing licensing deals all over the place. Everything I do is true to myself. With the fragrances, I designed the bottles, I got to the factory, I worked on the fragrances. I’m really the creator behind the project. You’re getting a piece of David and me with this. The good thing about fragrance is that it can reach out to many people. My mom might not wear one of my dresses, but she still likes fashion, so she can be a part of that by buying the fragrance.”
She’d make her MOM buy her fragrance? Cheap!
(I’m just kidding, I know she was just trying to make a point!)
Wow, David Beckham is huge!
What? I’m talking about the size of the ad plastered at Macy’s Union Square! What did you think I meant?

If you go down to Macy’s Union Square in San Francisco, you’ll be able to view a larger than life mural of David Beckham in his Armani underwear.
But if you’re not in San Francisco, here it is:
I know. I KNOW. It’s even hotter than yesterday’s Armani ad that I posted. And I didn’t even think that was possible. David says he likes to wear the Armani undies because “it is comfortable. It’s masculine but it has that feminine side.”
He also revealed that while his mom took awhile to adjust to the thought of her son posing in his underwear, wife Victoria Beckham loves it. Well, DUH.

Apparently David Beckham’s mom has stated she was unhappy with his very sexy underwear ad. David told Jay Leno that when his Armani ad was released, his mother called him and asked him “what are you doing?” He said that although he tried to explain, it didn’t go over well at all.
That’s okay David. Your mother may have hated the ad, but the rest of us love your hot underwear ad!
