Wow! Check out Dita Von Teese at the Yves Saint Laurent show in Paris for fashion week! She sure brings back a healthy dose of old school glamor!

Dita Von Teese made sure to grab a good seat at the Jean Paul Gaultier fashion show for the Spring/Summer 2009 collection in Paris, France. The designer said, “Movement is crucial. For me clothes on a hanger are just a still life. Dancers have a very interesting relationship with clothes…they have a way of appropriating them and giving them a different dimension.” He must have been happy to have Dita there since she’s all about the sexy movement!

Dita Von Teese launched her new Wonderbra in London today. She explained how she got her start in the burlesque world: “A lot of the movies I watched were about showgirls and they’d be backstage getting dressed, tightening their corsets and I became fascinated by lingerie as a result. I began to steal stuff out of my mother’s underwear drawer and I was obsessed with the idea of ‘When do I become a woman and get to wear this stuff’?”

Dita Von Teese kept in with her usual sultry style by showing up at a Las Vegas party in a vivid red belted dress, matching shoes, and of course the matching red lips.

Not many people could dress like Dita, but she always pulls it off and looks spectacular, which is exactly why I love her.

This shouldn’t come as a huge surprise, really, but Dita Von Teese is preparing to design her own line of lingerie. I can’t wait to see what she puts in her line, I love everything about this woman. You just sort of know every last piece is going to be sexy as all get out.

The drawback? It will start off only being available in Europe.

“I have a lingerie collection coming out for Wonderbra only in Europe. I’m really excited about that. I think it’s a really beautiful collection. People are really excited about it. So we’ll see.”

However, depending how the September launch goes, she may soon be doing one in North America. Let’s hope!

Dita Von Teese was spotted leaving Bungalow 8, a London nightclub. As usual, she looked completely fabulous. Dita is one of those people with an incredible sense of style and can pull off wearing things that would look ridiculous on your average person. I love everything about her. Including the fact that when she was asked to name the best thing about her divorce from Marilyn Manson she said, “There’s a long list. I am happy to have the drugs out of my life.”

Dita Von Teese was absolutely stunning in a vivid purple dress at the Cannes Film Festival during a special benefit for amfAR’s Cinema against AIDS. The AIDS Research organization deals with prevention, treatment, and education.

Dita Von Teese is in Cannes right now and she was at the Chopard Trophy Award looking as fabulous as always. Her Dior dress is killer and she looks flawless.

I sometimes wonder what she looks like at home when no one is around because when she’s out and about she’s just this perfect epitome of a walking pinup.
