I’m pretty sure I can think of at least ten other women who would make more sense, but anyway, Blender has plastered Fergie on its cover and declared her Woman of the Year. Uh, okay.

Fergie was in Costa Mesa, California on Saturday to kick off her Spring 2008 handbag collection, “Fergie for Kipling,” at the South Coast Plaza.  The first 200 customers in line to buy a bag got to meet the singer and receive an autograph.  I love the little black dress and the shoes. 

Apparently, Fergie pitched an epic hissy fit at the Wilhelmina Models party on Thursday. Although she did perform eventually, her tantrum had her refusing to go onstage for almost two full hours.

Last night’s American Music Awards proved once again that celeb style and fashion is different for just about everyone.  From Beyonce’s elegant look to Rihanna’s bow bling, we witnessed fashion at it’s best - and worst.

Avril: I love you Av, I really do - but not this look.  I like the dress, but I think it would look better on someone else.  The pink stripe in your hair?  Well, I’m used to it so it doesn’t really bother me, but this look is all wrong for you.

Fergie  has been selected the new Mac Viva Glam spokeswoman. The Black Eyed Pea star’s first ad campaign under the deal will debut in February 2008. Ferg will also front a new limited edition MAC Viva Glam Lipglass.
