Supermodel Heidi Klum always looks fantastic, despite having three kids. What’s her secret? Chasing after all of them outside.
“When I’m not shooting Project Runway, I’m in the park with them. They’re like roaches when you turn on the lights and they run in different directions.”

Cameron Diaz looks her usual gorgeous self on the cover of Self magazine this month. Inside she shares some of her secrets on how she keeps looking the way she does:
Her secret to looking so good for her age – “I hike, snowboard and surf. I admit I do hire a personal trainer as well, but for me working out is a big part of keeping mind and body together.”
On her diet – “I eat healthily but love my burgers, and if you put a bowel of French fries near me, then it’s over. Normally, though, I’ll have a half-order of something and save the leftovers. I’m queen of leftovers.”
I love that she’s not someone who spends five hours a day in the gym and only eats celery. She’s beautiful and sexy but she still eats and works out like a real person.

Elisabeth Hasselbeck is featured on the cover of Fitness magazine. She’s posed in a bikini showing off her lost baby weight which she says she did simply by working out, accepting her new curves, and eating healthy rather than using a strict diet.
“I finally told myself … ‘I’ve got some curves, I’ve got a bubble butt, but I don’t mind, because it’s what powers me forward when I run.’ “
Sources say Jennifer Lopez is having some difficulty adjusting to the weight she’s gained so far during her pregnancy. Lopez, who is 38, is said to be about 5 months pregnant, and some speculate that the singer and her husband, Marc Anthony, may be having twins.
A source has been quoted as saying:
“She is huge and freaking out. She has already put on more than 42lbs and isn’t that far gone. Her face has become really puffy from retaining a lot of water. She plans to do a Victoria Beckham now and hibernate for the last few months. You won’t be seeing much of her in public from now on.”

Actress Christina Ricci opened up to Entertainment Tonight in an interview (which will air today) about her battle with self image, anorexia and weight issues, revealing that while she went through some tough times in her earlier years worrying about her image and preoccuppied with her looks, she says these days she’s older, wiser and finally comfortable in her own skin:
“I was a teenager going through adolescence and at one point I had a little anorexia phase and then I kind of ballooned. I feel my body now is the adult Christina and it’s what I should have come to a long time ago if I hadn’t been screwing around with my body so much.”
“Vanity is unnecessary. I’m the most vain person on earth but I have found a way to let that go so I can just have fun. You really have to make a decision in life that you’re not going to be crippled by your insecurities.”
