Mary-Kate Olsen, Ashley Olsen, and Kanye West were among some of the hip, young crowd who made sure they had good seats for the Karl Lagerfeld Chanel show in Paris.

It sure looks like the Karl Lagerfeld/Chanel show in Paris was exciting. It featured a carousel theme, lots of black, and shiny silver. The line is hoping to continue to please the younger side of Hollywood.

The Karl Lagerfield documentary Lagerfield Confidential has finally set an opening date. It will open on October 24th but at the moment it will only be in New York City. The film follows the day-to-day life of Lagerfield, publically and privately, including seeing his home, studio, and photo shoots.

 
Chanel Creative Director Karl Lagerfeld has signed a deal with Accessory Network Group to produce his own line of leather handbags. The designer will create a collection to also include small leather goods and luggage but designs are yet to be finalized.The collection will launch Spring/Summer 2008.
