There was no mistaking Kat Von D among the celebs who turned out for the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and after party last night.  The after party was held at the Roosevelt Hotel and was hosted by Level Vodka.  Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton, Alyssa Milano, Jason Biggs, Kate Walsh, Garcelle Beauvais-Nilon, Dean Cain, Josh Radin and Kevin Connolly were among some of the guests.
