The new issue of Vogue magazine features an article and photo spread with Blake Lively and Leighton Meester. It’s no surprise that Vogue would want to bring Gossip Girl into its pages - the wardrobe on that show is stunning and definitely way more stylish than mine was in high school!

Leighton Meester: “We like to joke because it’s such a fashiony show, like, ‘What are you wearing? I’m in Channel, or Valentine-o.”
Blake Lively: “It’s just made me hungry for beautiful clothes because I get to wear them on set every day, and then I go home and buy them. So it’s created a shopping problem. I must stop! where’s Chanel?”

Joining co-star Blake Lively, Leighton Meester showed up for Reebok’s Freestyle World Tour Collection in New York City. Although she looks lovely as always, she seems a bit overdressed for an event to promote an athletic shoe - but her alter ego Blair Waldorf would definitely approve.

Leighton Meester was on hand for the event and said her “life can’t wait” moment was when she had the opportunity to play Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl.
