Lindsay Lohan has been handed a new deal to model for Italy fashion house Philipp Plein. The troubled actress will appear as the face of the brand’s Spring/Summer 2012 campaign, launching early next year.

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is planning to expand 6126 fashion brand — which already includes leggings and other fashion must-haves to include a collection of designer shoes.

Lohan is due to leave the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs on Jan. 4, ending three months of court-ordered treatment she received there after breaching the terms of her probation for a 2007 DUI arrest.
LiLo’s shoe designs are expected to debut next fall.
“(The shoes are) classic, glamorous, timeless with a sexy flair… She’ll finalise everything when she’s out (of rehab),” a rep for the Mean Girls star confirmed to E! Online this week.
