Kate Winslet is irate over airbrush accusations
Kate Winslet appears on the cover of Vanity Fair magazine looking extremely sexy in high heels and an open overcoat - and nothing else. While she looks fantastic she told the magazine that despite losing weight she still feels “like the fat kid” and now some people are saying that she is and that she was airbrushed and slimmed down with Photoshop. Kate is furious over the accusations. Kate’s representative spoke to People and said, “Kate is furious at suggestions that her body has been airbrushed.”
Nicole Kidman shares her diaries on Parade cover
Nicole Kidman is looking pretty (and pretty Botoxed) on the cover of Parade magazine this month. Inside she shares some diaries with readers about her life with Keith Urban. A sample: “Keith gives me huge strength today. It is good. I need it. A lot of my insecurities are attached to the thought that I am loved only for what I’ve achieved, so when I believe and know that he loves me no matter what I do or where I go or what I achieve or what I don’t achieve, it’s such an extraordinary thing to accept.” Awww.
Bad news for Men’s Vogue
If you’ve enjoyed picking up issues of Men’s Vogue, whether because you’re a man looking for style tips or because you’re a woman who likes covers like this one with George Clooney, you will be disappointed to know that from now on the magazine will only be put out twice per year instead of ten issues per year. The economy is really starting to take a toll on my guilty pleasures - magazines!

The cover of quarterly magazine Eliza features the gorgeous Nikki Reed. Nikki will be seen in November in the film Twilight, playing 18-year-old Rosalie - although Rosalie is actually a 90-year-old vampire.

WOW. I’m going to be honest here - while I have always liked seeing Victoria Beckham’s latest hair style and love seeing her fashion choices (even if they’re not for me), I have always found her to be a little… severe looking. Not ugly, not unattractive, just really severe. However, on the cover of Vogue India and inside the photo spread, Victoria is decked out in a sari, Indian jewelry, and a wig of long hair. I think this is the first time I’ve ever stopped and said, “Oh my God, she is gorgeous.” But it’s true. In those pictures? Victoria Beckham takes my breath away.
