I am so glad that I’m not Miley Cyrus. When you’re a teenager, everything is embarrassing so can you imagine being a teenager who is so high profile that someone decides to leak photos of you making out with your ex-boyfriend?
It was bound to happen eventually - Miley Cyrus is getting tired of the paparazzi following her around, even though she was always very gracious about it. She also talks to Extra about trying to appeal to an older audience, which is perhaps her roundabout way of not being apologetic for her Vanity Fair photos or her “leaked” shower pics.
Miley Cyrus is keeping herself busy, and out of the shower these days. First she showed up in New York City’s Bryant Park to perform “Fly on the Wall”, “7 Things”, and “See You Again” for ABC’s Good Morning America.
It must be hard to be Miley Cyrus. She’s trying to film for Hannah Montana but instead, the whole world keeps talking about the Miley Cyrus photos. Now instead of just focusing on the Vanity Fair issue, everyone’s still talking about the leaked Miley Cyrus shower photos.
Allegedly someone hacked her email account (how many times has that happened now?) and got ahold of them. But I’ve got to put this out there - hasn’t anyone noticed that Miley photo scandals arise right when she’s doing something that could use a little publicity? Makes you wonder if they’re really “hacked” and “leaked” after all.
In the new TV Guide, Miley Cyrus poses for the front cover and then talks about her plans.
On what she’d like to work on in the future: “I’d love to do a younger, cleaner version of Sex and the City.”
On her controversial Vanity Fair photo spread: “I don’t dwell on the negativity. I want to be a positive role model, so we just try to keep [that stuff] as much not talked about as possible.”
On her ’sudden’ fame: “It was insane. All of a sudden I woke up one day and went to Macy’s and saw myself on a T-shirt. I feel empowered when I see my face on a T-shirt. A girl wouldn’t be wearing a shirt with me on it just because she liked my show. She must look up to me.”
On her big love for God: “I don’t know what I would do without a God that blesses me with the ability to do this.”
On wearing a purity ring like fellow Disney stars the Jonas Brothers “I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand. Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall and I think if [staying a virgin] is a commitment girls make, that’s great.”

Miley Cyrus usually looks pretty casually stylish, but I’m starting to wonder about her on-screen alter ego, Hannah Montana. Miley was seen filming a scene for the new movie, and in addition to the trademark Hannah wig, she was also wearing gray and white platforms with some bright pink ankle socks.
I just don’t even know what to say. If socks with high heels is about to come into style, I’m going to go hide in my bedroom and breathe into a paper bag until it passes.
Miley Cyrus sent waves through all the pure and good young girls and their families with her terribly scandalous photos (why yes, I’m being sarcastic, I didn’t think they were so bad). Then she sort of bowed out of the spotlight for awhile to let it all blow over. That’s easy to do in Hollywood since there’s always a new scandal popping up every day or so.
Now there may be more trouble since the word is the Disney girl is dating a 22-year-old man. The age gap is pretty big between 15 and 22, especially at her young age. Disney and moms of young teens are going to FLIP.
Of course, at the same time that this comes out, the new Disney sweetheart, Selena Gomez made an announcement that she pledged to abstain from sex until she marries and got a purity ring from her dad.
Are Miley’s days numbered?
The ladies of The View argued and debated about whether there is anything raunchy about Hugh Hefner saying that Miley Cyrus could come and pose for Playboy when she turns 18 years old.
