Mischa Barton played supermodel in Berlin, Germany. She walked the catwalk at the HUGO fashion show for the Spring/Summer 2009 ready-to-wear show. Sometimes Mischa drives me crazy and her personal style is a bit weird but she is a really beautiful girl and she looks fantastic on the runway.
What in the trainwreck is Mischa Barton WEARING?! The shiny black leggings, the bright yellow shorts, the bluish-black shirt, the tan jacket, the scarf, the OPEN TOE SHOES WITH NYLONS.
Good lord. Seeing such a beautiful girl in such a hideous outfit always makes me want to weep with despair.
When this photo started to load, I thought to myself, “wow! Mischa Barton looks fantastic!” Then I saw that she actually only looks good from her head to her hips. If she had worn this shirt and this cute little skirt with bare legs and some great slides or gladiator sandals, it would be a rockin’ look.
Unfortunately she completely killed all of that by wearing black nylons and enormous fringed moccasin boots. I have no idea what she was thinking when she decided on her outfit. It was SO CLOSE to being perfect.
Thank god she’s so pretty because sometimes her clothing choices are beyond questionable.
Mischa Barton was at the “A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival”, but for some reason she wandered around with butterfly wings. I’m not entirely sure why but she definitely looked cute and I can not express strongly enough how much I LOVE her Christian Louboutin shoes.
Mischa Barton is ready to add handbag designer to her resume. Although we’ve been seeing her on red carpets everywhere, as well as holing up with her boyfriend and a bottle of tequila recently, she’s still found time to create her own handbag collection. Her bags will be made from leather, fabric, or snakeskin, a flower logo, and will be inspired by vintage handbags. They’ll be available in July but only overseas - nothing in the US yet.
Mischa Barton was spotted doing a modeling photoshoot in Australia wearing two different outfits. She said:
“I’m coming to the Kirrily Johnson show, which should be fun, I love her clothes. Australian fashion is very young and funky and cool.”
She didn’t look very happy in the photos. It may be because she knows she was a last minute replacement for another model, Monika Jagaciak, who couldn’t make it.
Or maybe she’s just sulking because of the horrible way they did her hair.
The good news: Mischa Barton looks beautiful with her new hair. The bangs suit her. She’s following in Rachel Bilson’s footsteps, rocking the fringe.
The bad news: Her dress really doesn’t do a thing for her.
But you can’t have everything, right?
Mischa Barton has chosen to plead no contest to her DUI charge when she heads to court on Thursday. It’s believed that she will be given three years of unsupervised probation plus a three-month alcohol-education class along with a fine of about $1,700.
