Yesterday some photos of Reese Witherspoon were leaked while she was doing a Nina Ricci photoshoot with Mario Testino. Today there are some more sneaky shots of Reese up on a balcony in Paris, posing and waiting around.
It looks like she had her own little digital camera with her - maybe the model was taking pictures of the photographer?
God, I love Reese Witherspoon. Celebrity or not, she always comes across as so normal and down to earth.
Reese Witherspoon is in Paris and she’s not just there to hang out with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal; she’s there for work too. She was seen doing a photoshoot for Nina Ricci and was wearing a beautiful red gown. Super photographer Mario Testino was behind the lens for the shoot.
Sarah Jessica Parker may have looked spectacular when she showed up on the red carpet for NYC’s Sex and the City premiere in a dream-like silvery Nina Ricci gown but now she’s ticked off after finding out she settled for sloppy seconds. The design team had assured her she was wearing an exclusive never-before-worn gown, but it turns out that Lauren Santo Domingo wore it to the Met Ball a month earlier.

“In the big picture, this is not important. But there is a relationship between the entertainment industry and fashion. Look, my affection for the dress hasn’t changed, but what they did was so short-sighted. It’s just unethical and disappointing that they would allow the dress to be worn again. I just wish it had been handled differently and they had been straight about it.”
Is it important enough to be upset about it? They didn’t wear it to the same event at least - and I think SJP looked better in it anyway!
The new ad campaign for Nina Ricci’s Spring/Summer 2008 has been released. The clothes and settings are quite dark in comparison to the soft pastels and vivid colors we normally see for the coming season. The ads feature Karlie Kloss and Courtney Smerski.

I think for me, Ellen Pompeo stole the show on the red carpet last night at the SAG Awards. I loved her beautiful dress. It was a Nina Ricci gown in silver. Ellen saw the dress in the January issue of Vogue magazine and knew she had to have it. She finished off the look with Christian Louboutin open-toe heels and Fred Leighton jewelry. Stunning!
