InStyle.com has announced their top 10 picks for Most Stylish Female Celebs of 2007 and while I don’t normally agree with most of these lists, this was one I could really get behind and I only disagreed with one of their choices (and I wont say which one), but I was glad to see Joy Bryant make this list – she’s been a personal favorite of mine for some time.
