As the Spice Girls returned to London on Saturday, Posh took the stage where she literally spilled out of her tight golden corset, although to be honest, I don’t know which is actually more distracting, the spillage or her golden camel toe. I know that Vicks is a thin girl, but she’s beginning to look emaciated and these super tight fitting costumes do nothing to add to her already rail thin frame - except to enhance her bones, and that’s really not attractive.
Besides, I thought she asked Cavalli to give her curves?
Fashion Designer Roberto Cavalli, who designed all of the costumes for the Spice Girls reunion tour, took things a step further last week after he designed special footwear for Emma Bunton soon after the singer twisted her ankle during a performance on stage last week in Las Vegas.
Said Bunton, who has been hobbling around on crutches after she sprained her ankle during a stop on the Spice Girls tour at the Mandalay Arena last Monday:
“Roberto’s absolutely amazing. He’s made me a pair of padded boots and a pair of soft sandals so I can get through the concert.”
Emma Bunton is on the cover of the January issue of New Woman in the UK. Bunton sprained her ankle at the Mandalay Arena in Las Vegas on Tuesday during the Spice Girls tour and has been on crutches ever since, but she says the show must go on and has every intention of maintaining her performance schedule for the remainder of the tour.

It seems Victoria Beckham may have been so desperate to add some curves to her stick-thin figure that she asked fashion designer and friend, Roberto Cavalli to give her more of a shapely figure.
Rumors are that for the Spice Girls tour, Victoria made a special request to Cavalli for some added enhancements to her stage wardrobe:
Says Cavalli:
“I asked them about their bodies, what they wanted to show and hide. (Victoria) was the most daring. She wanted to experiment, to surprise and be different.”

Roberto Cavalli created the costumes for the much-awaited worldwide tour “The return of the Spice Girls” which marks the comeback of the Fab 5. The designer has managed to lend his unmistakable signature to each spicy outfit, which will define their individuality and highlight the glamorous image that has characterized the band.
Among the highlights, the five women - Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, Melanie B, Melanie C and Victoria Beckham - will wear creations that will include white and black tuxedos, shiny minidresses embroidered with Swarovsky crystals and feathers, leather corsets and neon colored jumpsuits.
Roberto Cavalli says:
“I have known Victoria Beckham for a long time, and have always admired her style and personality. When we talked about the worldwide tour “The Return of the Spice Girls”, she put forward the idea of me creating all their costumes to which I immediately agreed. At their debut, the Spice Girls generated a trend with their individual looks and now, 10 years later, they have put their trust in me to get a new, unique and iconic appeal for the tour. The Spice Girls are one of the biggest global success stories with their appeal crossing many generations and millions of fans awaiting their return. When I met them, I immediately understood the reason why the world went crazy for their unique brand of ‘girl power’ as they are an irresistible mix of energy, pure joy, humor and a spicy dash of glamour. I’m sure their strength will take us by storm again”.
The tour kicked off yesterday in Vancouver, and will be followed by over 30 dates across Europe and America. To see a list of dates, visit http://www.thespicegirls.com/ for the full list.

As the Spice Girls get ready to kick off their world tour, which begins in December, we’re starting to catch a glimpse here and there of the glam outfits they’ll be wearing and photo shoots they’ve been doing. Recently, some have said their sexy new look is simply to prove they can still give all girl groups such as “Girls Aloud” a run for their money - even if the Spice Girls are ten years older.
Rumor has it that not only will they be baring a lot more skin this time around as opposed to previous years, but they’ll be leasing a Boeing 757 they’ve christened, “Spice Force One,” to jet them around the globe.

Roberto Cavalli has created the custom wardrobe for the Spice Girls as they prepare to go on their much anticipated reunion tour. It seems close Cavalli friend Victoria Beckham managed to work her magic to convince Cavalli to dress the fab five for the tour.
Cavalli told Vogue:
“I have known Victoria Beckham for a long time and have always admired her style and personality. When we talked about the worldwide tour, ‘The Return of the Spice Girls,’ she put forward the idea of me creating all their costumes to which I immediately agreed.”
Cavalli wasted no time creating glamorous designs for the girls and promises there wont be a pair of platform shoes in the bunch, especially since each girl’s outfit has been specifically tailored to fit her individual personality:
“At their debut, the Spice Girls generated a trend with their individual looks and now, ten years later, they have put their trust in me to get a new, unique and iconic appeal for the tour. The Spice Girls are one of the biggest global success stories with their appeal crossing many generations and millions of fans awaiting their return. When I met them, I immediately understood the reason why the world went crazy for their unique brand of ‘girl power’ - they are an irresistible mix of energy, pure joy, humour and a spicy dash of glamour. I’m sure their strength will take us by storm again.”
