I’m the first to admit that houndstooth can be a very sophisticated pattern. It can bring a touch of class if, say, you pair a houndstooth skirt with a black blouse. However, an entire suit of houndstooth can cause people to go temporarily blind from the eye-crossing result of seeing the pattern from head to toe. Unfortunately, Catherine Keener wasn’t aware of this.

I think the best part of this picture is that somehow you just KNOW the guy behind her is laughing at her incredibly ludicrous bell sleeves.
