Christian Audigier has been working hard to complete a clothing line that he started with the late Michael Jackson.

The Michael Jackson-inspired line includes some great pieces, such as a red jacket with MJ’s face on it, designed as a reminder of his well-known red leather multi-zipper jacked from “Beat It”. The line also has t-shirts and tanks with Michael’s face, silver socks, leather belts with “Bad” as the buckle, silver gloves, and – interestingly – an umbrella.

Audigier said, “Michael really wanted me to make an umbrella. I think it was because London is rainy.”

The line would likely already be available but Audigier requires permission from the Jackson estate before he can release it to the public. Hopefully they’ll recognize that this is something he was working on with Michael before his death and that it’s not just a mass marketing ploy.
