Project Runway winner Christian Siriano will be on an episode of Ugly Betty on May 1st. The basic plot of the episode is that Mode magazine will be trying to get Christian to come and work on a spread for them instead of another magazine, and the designer shows up at the office with an entire entourage of models.

He said that filming the episode was amazing: “The cast was the most fun, lively and supportive ever.”

Becki Newton, who plays Amanda, is such a huge Christian Siriano fan that he actually made a special outfit just for her.

When People asked him which cast member was the most fierce, he said,
“Ooooh, they’re as fierce and ferocious as they can be,” raves Siriano. “Vanessa Williams is the queen of fierceness and Becki Newton is the princess … I’m inviting them all to my Spring 2008-09 collection — it’ll be a great front row!”
