‘Hairspray’ and former ’What I Like About You’ star Amanda Bynes launched her moderately priced clothing line exclusively for NYC retailer Steve & Barry’s Department Store on Thursday. Amanda created some waves with her shockingly short minidress during the line’s Big Apple launch party earlier this month.
