Denise Richards is doing the promo tours for her show Denise Richards: It’s Complicated and she spilled the beans, admitting that she has had three boob jobs.

And my first thought was, “Duh?” I mean if that’s supposed to have been a secret until now it wasn’t very well kept, you know?

Still, Denise warns against getting a boob job done too quickly, especially cautioning young women against it.

“I was 19, and my roommate had the best boobs ever, and she had just had hers done. I was flat as a board, and I thought ‘Whoa, you can just buy them’ and stupidly had them done!”

The problem was she went overboard and got them too big – twice! She had to go back a third time for a reduction.

“I was young and should have researched better. You know, it was a big mistake. Young girls, don’t do it!”
