World-famous couture designer Yves Saint Laurent passed away on Sunday evening in Paris. He went quietly into a hospital due to illness last week, then slipped into a coma on Wednesday. His health was kept relatively quiet until he didn’t show up at a museum appearance in Montreal on Thursday, after which news of his condition began to spread.
