Eva Longoria is featured in today’s issue of Parade Magazine. How can anyone not like Eva?  She’s cute as a button, always looks fabulous, has a smile a mile wide and seems to always be in a good mood, no matter what time of day or how many paparazzi she encounters. 

A snippet from the interview:

As far as eating goes, are you the three-lettuce-leaf kind of girl?

“Oh, gosh no. I’m a big eater–big, big eater.”

What are you secret indulgences?

“Mexican food, of course. I’m a terrific Mexican cook, and I just love Mexican food. And I love cooking Mexican food. That’s pretty much my weakness…and barbecue beef…and Texas beef…and brisket.  Any red meat I can get my hands on. I love it.”
 
When you go home, what do you want your mother to cook for you?
 
“Mexican food. I actually love when my mom makes a cup of coffee in the morning. She just has this magic touch.”
 
“I cannot make coffee. And somebody came over to the house the other day for dinner. And I was like, ‘Anybody want coffee?’ And they go, ‘Yeah.’ But I always have the foo-foo, frilly Coffeemate French Vanilla Hazelnut creamers. And somebody goes, ‘I’ll just have it black.’ That is a true test of a good cup of coffee. I can’t disguise it with my French Vanilla Hazelnut creamer. I was so nervous.”
