The November 25th issue of Parade magazine features the gorgeous Eva Longoria. Some of the highlights of her interview include:

On her secret indulgences: “Mexican food, of course. I’m a terrific Mexican cook, and I just love Mexican food. And I love cooking Mexican food. That’s pretty much my weakness…and barbecue beef…and Texas beef…and brisket. Any red meat I can get my hands on. I love it.”

On maintaining her figure and skin: “I think it’s a combination of a lot of things. I want to look like Demi Moore when I’m 42. It’s obviously emotional health. And it’s obviously your physical health, but there’s a lot of maintenance involved, and I’m not talking about anti-aging. I’m just talking about general health, getting your checkups and getting your blood tests and making sure you get your mammograms.”

Eva Longoria, that beautiful girl, has time to grow. She’s on the right track about emotional health. Eva has to figure out whether she wants to go the long haul in a beautiful supple, toned body or be at peace with whatever occurs to her eating habits.

Meat-eating, especially gorging on it with bread, will bring on constipation, fuzzy thinking and bulges and dull skin. Eva baby, glow as long as possible.
