Faith Hill shows just how fit a mom (three kids!) in her 40s can be by posing in a bikini on the cover of the new issue of Shape magazine. Seriously, the woman is hot and she doesn’t look like she’s had kids at all. She talks about how she got her body into such fine shape in the article.

On her first time ever posing in a bikini: “Wearing a bikini on a magazine cover is my 41st birthday present to myself.”

On returning to her three-times-a-week Pilates routine recently: “I could bend in ways I haven’t been able to since I was a teenager. My husband [Tim McGraw] loves it!”

On her lifestyle change: “I was always very athletic, playing basketball and softball and running track. But in my 20s and 30s, I’d go through phases with exercise, working out for four weeks before a big tour or video shoot and not doing much afterward. Then I had three kids and turned 40, so I decided to make a lifestyle change.”
