Forever 21 Teams Up With Lady Gaga Caution Tape Designer Brian Lichtenberg
Forever 21 — the cheapie clothing chain that’s been accused of ripping off designs from everyone from Diane von Furstenberg to Marc Jacobs — is joining forces with the man responsible for sometimes dressing the fashion nightmare commonly referred to as Lady Gaga.
Forever 21 is joining forces with Los Angeles designer Brian Lichtenberg, who will design a line of graphic T-shirts for the chain. The deal marks the first designer collaboration for Forever 21. Lichtenberg famously designed the Gaga’s caution-tape costume for the singer’s envelope-pushing “Telephone” video. He has also worked with singers such as Beyonce and Keri Hilson.
