Gemma Atkinson’s Slimming Secrets
Gemma Atkinson has recently revealed that the secret of her perfectly toned body is her frequent trips to the gym, and to eat small meals often.
“I’m a gym freak. I train five days a week and eat little and often. I’ll also snack on Ryvita or chocolate to perk me up.”
Gemma may find it a wee bit difficult to keep up her strict diet and health regime in the “I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here” jungle since she’s already admitted she’s worried she may end up looking like a ‘gaunt skeleton’ on the contestant’s strict diet of beans and rice. No doubt she’ll fill up when she returns to England, though.
Her favorite? “My weakness is my Gran’s macaroni cheese.”
