Gisele Bundchen’s pregnancy glow secret
Gisele Bundchen may be a supermodel but that’s not the only reason that she looks so gorgeous while pregnant.
Gisele’s secret to a healthy body while pregnant is that she’s continuing with her yoga routine. She follows Anusara yoga and tries to fit it in almost every morning to wake herself up and to stay toned. Her instructor explained that it keeps her very strong and that “[i]t’s a great way to wake up your body and start the day on the right note.”
Yoga can be a great way to stay in shape during your pregnancy but please consult your doctor before starting – or continuing – a routine to make sure you have a workout that is safe for you and your baby!
