Gossip Girl has always had daring style and Taylor Momsen has the legs to pull it off.

Taylor was working on the set wearing an incredibly short skirt (or dress, hard to tell) that showed off her impossibly long legs. Not everyone can pull off this look but Taylor does it effortlessly.
