Perhaps it’s fitting that Heidi Montag is on the September 2009 cover of Playboy magazine – because apparently that was the magazine that inspired her plastic surgery!

Heidi basically used the magazine like a catalog, “shopping” for the body that she wanted for herself. She said, “When I was shopping for my boobs, I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys.”

Meanwhile, Heidi’s not done. She still wants to have a bit more surgery done for what she refers to as “upgrades”, as well as any upkeep that needs to be done as she ages.

In what I’m sure she feels is a romantic gesture, Heidi also said, “I think I want to go bigger on my boobs for [Spencer].” Oh honey. Getting bigger boobs as a gift to your husband? Please. Ugh.
