For Halloween this year, Hilary Duff dressed up as Angelina Jolie, while her boyfriend dressed up as Brad Pitt. Hilary sported a long, dark wig, some sultry eye makeup, fake tattoos to mimic the co-ordinates Angelina has on her arm to note the birth location of each of her kids, and carried a baby doll in her arms. I love it!
