Jennifer Aniston showed off the benefits of good exercise routines in a clingy, super-short silver Prada dress at the Women in Film’s Crystal & Lucy Awards.

I can’t decide exactly how I feel about this dress. On the one hand, there’s no denying that Jenn is smokin’ hot and is proving that “sexy” and “age 40″ can co-exist. On the other hand, part of me feels that this dress – as much as I love Prada – kind of looks like it was made out of tin foil.

I think it’s the color and the material. If this same dress was either black or some vibrant, bold color, I’d probably be head over heels for it, but the silver shade just makes me think of foil.

One thing’s for sure though, I am crazy about her heels. HOT!
