Jessica Biel is on the cover of the June 2009 issue of Allure magazine, and inside she talks about how her good looks sometimes prevent her from getting hired for the gigs she wants.

In the article, she says:

“I just want an opportunity. If you don’t like the audition, don’t hire me! But if you don’t want to even see me–that’s hurtful. And why? You know nothing about me!”

I can sort of appreciate what she’s saying, I guess but really if the biggest complaint you can find about your life is that you’re too pretty, well it’s not so bad you know? Go complain about your pretty face in the middle of a refugee camp and see how much sympathy you end up NOT getting.
