Jessica Simpson was at Dillard’s in Dallas for the launch of her new perfume, Fancy. She must not have been sure whether there would be any kind of a turn-out for the event because she brought her little pooch along for company just in case no one showed up. It’s always good to have a back-up plan. Jess sure looked pretty though and had some pretty awesome cleavage going on.
