Wow, litigation is the act du jour in the world of fashion lately. First it was Louis Vuitton looking really curmudgeonly by suing a Darfur charity, now Juicy Couture is suing Victoria’s Secret because their Pink line too closely imitates Juicy by selling their products in packaging that looks like lollipops and ice cream. Juicy says that VS is simply trying to hone in on the successes they’ve already had.

Not only are they asking for money in the lawsuit, they want the entire Victoria’s Secret Pink line destroyed. Yikes!
