Supermodel turned designer Kate Moss has teamed up with legendary designers Helena Christensen and Diane Von Furstenberg creating a unique T-shirt in partnership with LENY (Limited Edition New York) to raise funds for The Climate Project, the charity set up by Al Gore to combat global warming.
