Kate Moss is taking legal action against British tabloid, News Of the World. The gossip rag reported that Kate took part in an orgy as part of her 34th birthday celebrations, involving two other women and a male while a group of four or five people watched. According to her legal rep, it’s nothing more than “false and defamatory allegations in the newspaper relating to her 34th birthday celebrations.”

Poor Kate. The tabloids are getting really desperate if they’re taking to writing this kind of crap!
