Katy Perry wore a daring outfit to the H. Wood nightclub last night to celebrate designer Marcus Molinari’s birthday.

Katy wore a black leather cropped bustier with a multicolored sequined skirt. It’s not my personal style but it looks great on her.

The big question I have is what is up with her eye makeup? That’s channeling the late 80s right there, and please let’s leave them in the past. Heavy, bright blue eye shadow/eyeliner/mascara is never ever a good idea.
