I know that Kelly Osbourne doesn’t dress like your average woman. She’s into the punk/rock scene and I get that. I can even appreciate that. I’ve seen many men and women into punk rock who look amazing.

Kelly? Not so much in this bizarre hooded outfit that she wore to the NME Music Awards. It’s a little frightening. And a lot ugly.
