Leighton Meester was spotted on the Upper East Side of NYC while filming Gossip Girl looking every bit as stylish as you would expect Blair Waldorf, her character, to be.

Wearing a vivid red wool coat, Leighton seemed to be fighting the chill pretty well. Underneath she wore a black skirt and tights, and some seriously awesome shoes. No kidding, I want those shoes very badly. The purse is killer too.
