Ack! Usually Gossip Girl’s Leighton Meester looks really stylish when she’s out and about, but I don’t know what she was thinking in this rainbow themed dress. It looks kind of like a towel, or maybe one of those terrycloth pullovers that you wear in your backyard after you get out of the pool. It definitely doesn’t look like something meant for shopping in SoHo.

Come on Leighton, how are you going to design a great clothing line if this is what you’re wearing in public?
