Macy’s Sues Kimora Lee Simmons
Macy’s is suing “Baby Phat” founder and television personality Kimora Lee Simmons for allegedly overcharging the department store for her line of beauty products.
According to the New York Post, Simmons has so far declined to comment on accusations that she spiked the price of her products and then refused to reimburse Macy’s for the extra cost. Simmons signed an agreement in September 2006 to provide Macy’s with her beauty line, according to the lawsuit filed last week in Manhattan Supreme Court.
On 5 August 2007, Kimora’s reality show, “Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane,” premiered on the Style Network. The show chronicled her daily life and her relationship with her 2 daughters, Ming Lee and Aoki Lee.
