Designer Marc Jacobs is apparently engaged to year-long boyfriend Lorenzo Martone!

The couple showed up in Brazil and each was wearing a ring. They’re in Sao Paolo to visit the Marc Jacobs store that was just opened in January. Sao Paolo is also Lorenzo’s hometown.
