Miley Cyrus was looking as cute as ever on the weekend while she indulged in a bit of retail therapy. The Hannah Montana star hit up the James Perse boutique in Malibu with her mom Tish. While she was there, a fan asked for an autograph – but rather than a photo, she asked Miley to sign her skin so she could have it turned into a tattoo. Well, that’s different!
