Mischa Barton was spotted in London for Fashion Week, showing up for the “Fashion For Relief” show. It was a special show put together by Naomi Campbell, and proceeds benefit the safe childbirth group, The White Ribbon Alliance fund.

Apparently she’s looking a little mortified in her car because she accidentally slipped right out of the top portion of her dress as she was getting in. She was wildly embarrassed and covered up as quickly as possible. Oops!
