Miss California Carrie Prejean stunned people when she flat-out admitted that she thought marriage should only be between a man and a woman, and now that she’s lost, she’s on a mission.

Carrie went on the Today Show and announced that she is teaming up with the National Organization for Marriage which allegedly serves to “protect the sanctity of traditional marriage values”.

Hang on, I have to roll my eyes for a second.

She went on to say:

“I am just here to protect marriage. The National Organization for Marriage basically just respects marriages and people who support it. I am here to protect traditional marriage.

“I never thought in a million years that this would be happening right now. I was attacked for giving my own opinion on stage. I am going to do whatever it takes to protect marriage.

“I’ve actually had so many supporters and so many people say, ‘Thank you so much. It had to take a beauty pageant contestant to actually stand up for what she believes in.’”

Isn’t it great that someone wants to “protect” the “sanctity” of marriage by preventing people who LOVE EACH OTHER from getting married? Let’s hope this is the last time we have to ever hear from her again.
